Harvesting Period: Between December and March

The mandarin is grown in areas with a mild climate; the most valuable crops are in the south between Sicily and Calabria. The harvest takes place from December to March for the late variety. Its sweetly imperious aroma awakens our senses and its flavor is very pleasant.

Washing And Selection

After the harvest the fruit is carefully selected, washed, carefully brushed and finally dried with a cloth. After drying, the fruit is peeled, taking care to remove only the outer orange part from the rind.

Infusion

Duration of maceration: 15 days

Ingredients: Milk, cinnamon and vanilla
