Our wine is born on the Apuan hills. The vineyards located between the white marble and the sea acquire unique characteristics that give the massaretta a special flavor.

The Vineyards
All our vineyards are terraced and facing the sea, the processing is exclusively manual.

Harvest
The harvest is manual, in boxes, in order to leave the berries of our grapes intact.

Pressing
For our Cybo we use soft pressing to process the grapes. At the end of the process, the must is sent to the refrigerated tanks for the subsequent fermentation phase.

Fermentation
Temperature: controlled
Fermentation takes place at a controlled temperature to obtain a wine of the highest quality.

Bottling
At the end of the manufacturing process we proceed to bottling. Our Cybo is ready for sale.
