From the history of our territory we have taken the name Beatrice, a statue in the main square of the city.

The Supply Chain

STEP 1

Vineyards

All our vineyards are terraced and facing the sea, the processing is exclusively manual.

Harvest

The harvest is manual, in boxes, trying to leave the berries of our grapes intact.

Pressing

For our Vermentino we use soft pressing to work the grapes. At the end of the process, the must is sent to the refrigerated tanks for the subsequent fermentation phase.

Fermentation

Temperature: Controlled

Fermentation takes place at a controlled temperature to obtain a wine of the highest quality.

Bottling

At the end of the manufacturing process we proceed to bottling. Our Vermentino is ready for sale.
